To hear that it’s being remade filled me with equal parts delight and dread. There’s no nostalgia, no ‘good by the standards at the time’, for me with the game, I love the heck out of it from a fully modern perspective. I feel like that's saying something since I didn’t play it until 17 years after its release. System Shock is one of my favorite games of all time. ![]()
